Narrative Description of Project:


Objective
  • Retrofitting works of South China Bleaching and Dying Factory Buildings is a single storied main shed with mezzanine floor and a single storied boiler shed. Total 32 columns and 31 rafter steel structure will be retrofitted.
  • Supply of MS Plate/T section column, Bracing, end Plate, Connection Plate, stiffener etc (ASTM A570-50, Yield strength 50 Ksi for T section, 36 Ksi for MS Plate).
  • Supply of 19 mm dia (125 mm length). Bolt with Nut. All work will be completed as per design – drawing and specification.
  • Supply of post installed Epoxy adhesive Anchor 12 mm dia, 125 mm length (HIT-HY 200+HIS-N B7 ½ inch HAS-E or Equivalent) and Anchoring Chemical/Epoxy for Nut, Bolt and Shear Stud in superstructure members as per design all complete, delivery at site.
  • Running Welding (6 mm) with existing MS plate for column, bracing, stiffener, base plate, End Plate/Gusset Plate, Connection Plate, etc all works will be completed as per design-drawing and specification.
  • Supervising of all the construction works will be performed as per retrofitting design.
